DESCRIPTION:Welcome to The Cove\, our new offering. A sacred and safe space to bond with other women\, a place to find connection no matter your age or background. During the circle we will work with the power of sound\, nature\, the elements and journey through meditation. \nA women’s circle celebrates where you are and where you want to go. It can help you process your past or what you are currently experiencing. We gather creating a welcoming\, loving space\, leaving behind judgment and focusing on connection. \nSo many of us travel through life feeling alone\, or like we are unable to reach out through fear of judgement. But our experiences and feminine struggles are universal\, and as we come together\, we will see how much we have in common. \nDuring the circle\, I will invite you to share anything\, this could be your deepest thoughts\, loves\, and fears or just how your day was. There is no right and wrong\, we’re all here for each other\, holding space without judgment. \nMy hope for these circles is that they are a safe space where lasting bonds and friendships are made. If you find yourself keeping negative thoughts and emotions bottled inside\, then the circle is the perfect place to let them go. Release the stress and power that these thoughts hold\, and connect with others who will listen and understand. \nAs we share our stories and experiences\, I hope you can all reflect on how amazing and powerful you all are.
